Atlanta (September 25, 2007) – Graham Carpenter has joined Pollack Partners, an Atlanta-based multifamily real estate development firm, as Development Associate. His responsibilities will include analysis of new opportunities, as well as underwriting, acquisitions, deal support and project management.
“Pollack Partners is in growth mode, with two large developments underway, and several more in the pipeline,” said Steven L. Shores, the firm’s Managing Director. “Graham’s contributions will be invaluable.”
Carpenter was previously Project Manager for S.A. Goodsell Development Company, a local residential land development firm. He launched his real estate career with private investment firm EdwardsDay Property Investments.
He is active in the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Office and Industrial Properties and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Carpenter graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia and earned his Master of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Southern California.
