Pollack Partners, a new multifamily real estate firm, is developing the project in a joint venture with BHC Property Group. The development includes 400 luxury apartment homes on ten acres in Dunwoody. The four-story community is just outside I-285 near Chamblee-Dunwoody Road in DeKalb County. Amenities will include landscaped pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, business center, guest suite and clubhouse, as well as secure access covered parking. The first residents are expected to move in by the summer of 2008 with full completion by the beginning of 2009.
