Jennifer Ross
Chief Financial Officer
Responsible for the financial management of both corporate and investment related entities, accounting and tax matters, strategic financial planning and oversight of operational matters including HR, IT and Risk Management.
Skilled in the accounting and operations of real estate investment funds, Ross has a wealth of experience in the real estate investment arena and a strong history as a financial manager.
Before joining Pollack Partners, Ross was Senior Director of Finance for WestWind Capital Partners LP, a real estate investment advisory group. She was responsible for all accounting and tax matters related to the firm’s investment properties; she structured and coordinated closings for almost $3 billion in office property acquisitions, and was involved in more than $1 billion in dispositions. She was previously Senior Accounting Manager for Georgia-Pacific Corporation.
Ross is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate. She earned her B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Georgia.
