Back to Our Team

During his 30 years in the multifamily real estate business, Pollack has been responsible for the development, acquisition, disposition, investment and management of more than 30,000 housing units valued at more than $2.5 billion.

Prior to founding Pollack Partners in 2006, he spent 13 years as President of Lane Investment and Development. Under his leadership, the organization grew into a powerful regional multifamily development and investment organization with more than 40 professionals on staff. He led a team responsible for completing 86 projects across the Southeast, including several award-winning multifamily communities in Atlantic Station, which is one of the nation’s most successful mixed-use developments.

Previously, Pollack was Vice-President of the REO office of Westinghouse Credit Corporation, a major FORTUNE 500 financial services company. He has also been an apartment investment broker and public school teacher.

A recognized leader in the real estate industry, Pollack serves on the multifamily council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), where he is also membership chairman. ULI is an organization committed to providing leadership in the responsible use of land. Pollack is also a member of the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC). As a licensed real estate agent and broker, he belongs to the National Association of Realtors and Atlanta Board of Realtors. He is also a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through IREM, the Institute of Real Estate Management.

His community service includes serving on the advisory board of Mary Hall Freedom House, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for women, and women with children, by empowering them to break the cycle of addiction, poverty and homelessness.

Pollack holds a Masters Degree from Georgia State University and a BA from Emory University.
