David Golden

capitalization and risk management.
Golden was a founding partner in CGR Advisors, where he was Chief Operating Officer, responsible for all acquisitions, joint ventures, and dispositions for Rodamco N.V.'s $3 billion portfolio of US real estate assets. After disposing of his interests in Rodamco and its portfolio, Golden continued to invest in a series of joint venture apartment developments, including over 3,500 units in Pennsylvania, Tennessee, South Carolina and Georgia.
An attorney for 17 years at Arnall, Golden and Gregory, he specialized in complex real estate transactions, including joint ventures, development, creative financing structures, acquisitions and dispositions for a wide variety of property types.
Golden clerked for a U.S. Circuit Court Judge on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals after graduating magna cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law. David also holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
